Core Concepts
The building blocks that make Hood Catalyst an intelligence platform rather than a feed.
Catalyst
A single, meaningful ecosystem change — a release, launch, integration, funding round, governance move, or liquidity shift — merged from every source that reported it into one record.
Catalyst Score
A transparent 0–100 rating of how significant a catalyst is. Every point traces back to a named, weighted signal with a written reason — nothing is a black box.
Confidence
How strongly the evidence supports a catalyst being real and singular: Very High, High, Medium or Low. Weak, single-source signals are automatically down-ranked.
Signal Engine
The developer-side monitor. It watches releases and building activity across core ecosystem repositories to surface catalysts before markets react.
Token Intelligence
Per-token pages with a catalyst score, executive summary, market metrics, risk, liquidity, top pools, related builders and full source evidence.
Liquidity Intelligence
On-chain pools ranked by liquidity, volume, growth and activity — Robinhood Chain first, Base as fallback. Pools are supporting data for tokens.
Market Pulse
The market-activity monitor. It flags abnormal trading volume and turnover on watched assets — signal about attention and repricing, not price predictions.
Ecosystem Filters
Switch between All, Robinhood Chain and Base. Every page respects the selected ecosystem — data is never mixed across chains.
Real-time Monitoring
Independent monitors watch development, markets, liquidity and announcements continuously, refreshing the snapshot on a short interval.
